Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the contrast by mixing at least one kind of a plurality of conventional green light emission phosphor substances and a manganese activated green light emission zinc silicate phosphor substance with predetermined ratio. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of conventional green light emission phosphor substance such as copper activated zinc sulfide (ZnS: Cu, Al, ZnS: Cu, Cl, etc.), gold activated zinc sulfide (ZnS: Au, Al, ZnS: Au, Cl, etc.), copper activated zinc cadmium (ZNC, dS: Cu, Al, ZnCdS: Cu, Cl, etc.), terbium activated yttrium sulfide, gadolinium sulfide, lanthanum sulfide (Y2O2S: Tb, Gd2O2S: Tb, La2O2S: Tb) and a green light emission manganese activated zinc silicate (ZnSiO2: Mn) are mixed with the ratio of (1:9)-(9:1) to produce a green light emission phosphor substance. Consequently the saturation phenomena is eliminated resulting in the improvement of the contrast.
