Abstract

PURPOSE: To separate the extraneous materials in natural org. materials easily and economically by dispersing and suspending the natural org. materials contg. extraneous materials with water as a medium, and separating the extraneous materials then kneading the same with a viscoelastic material and removing the excess water content.
CONSTITUTION: Natural org. materials contg. extraneous materials such as peat, brown coal, powdered coal and others are suspended to an aq. 0.1W20% suspension with water as a medium, and this aq. suspension is flowed in laminar flow, whereby extraneous materials are separated, after which the dilute suspension is passed through a filter machine of relatively coarse meshed wire nets, whereby relatively large extraneous materials are removed, and a refined suspension obtd. If this refined suspension is put into a high viscoelastic material under kneading and is keneaded together therewith, the suspended solids are occuluded from the suspension into the high viscoelastic material, and water goes out of the system. There are asphalt, pitch, tar, atactic PP, etc. as the high viscoelastic material.
