Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for a conventional servo valve in a device and perform its cost down, by guiding delivery pressure of a variable displacement oil hydraulic pump, driven with an engine, to a cylinder, provided for driving a fuel lever, displacing said cylinder and controlling a governor of the engine. CONSTITUTION:When a fuel lever 4 is placed to a zero position 12 of control amount, a piston 8a is placed to the extremely right position in a cylinder 7, to press a compression spring 9 to its maximum compressed state, control a governor through a cable 5a and operate an engine 1 to its minimum speed. When the control lever 4 is placed to a position 13, movement of the lever 4 is not transmitted to the governor because of existence of the spring 9 for a variable displacement oil hydraulic pump 2 at no load operation, and the engine 1 is maintained still in its minimum speed. On the contrary, if the pump 2 is loaded, pressure is applied to a chamber 16 through a pilot line 11, then the cylinder 7 is moved leftward, and the governor increases engine speed through the cable 5a correspondingly to the displacement of the lever 4.
