Abstract

PURPOSE:To optionally set an input torque characteristic of plural variable displacement oil hydraulic pumps as required by an operated actuator simultaneously control a sum of input torque of said pumps always not to exceed output torque of an engine. CONSTITUTION:At operation, a controller 12 reads and stores output (target speed Nr) of a throttle lever control amount detector 7, output Ne of a speed detector 10 and output Z of a rack displacement detector 11 of an injection pump 6, and then calculates a speed deviation DELTAN to output its value to a pump controller 13. Further a decision for if idling or not is performed from the value of Nr, if in an idling condition, a rack displacement target value M is obtained from data in a ROM. Then the deviation DELTAZ is calculated from this value M and the rack displacement Z, and its value is amplified to urge a solenoid in the injection pump, suitably displace the rack and adequately control a fuel injection amount.
