Abstract

PURPOSE:To establish pictures overlapping a still picture after pickup and a still picture during pickup, by converting the information of objective into a still picture signal through the use of a pickup means and storing this signal in the storage means. CONSTITUTION:Input terminals 11b-11g of an image sensor 11 are given to output terminals 101d-101i of a pulse generating circuit 101, and receive control pulses phiTG2, phiTG1, phiv1, phiv2, phih1 and phih2. An output terminal 11h of the image sensor 11 is connected to an AD conversion circuit 108, where a signal according to the light intensity of each video element is converted into a digital signal and applied to a selection gate 109. An addition circuit 110 used at multiple exposure makes an arithmetic mean between the output of the AD conversion circuit 108 and the video signal inputted via an input terminal CI from the storage section 2 and the result is applied to a selection gate 109.
