Abstract
PURPOSE:To drive a controller while improving hysteresis characteristics without adding a position sensor by sending a correction signal, generated by adding a command signal to a signal from a function generator, to the controller. CONSTITUTION:When a command signal X1 is inputted from a command device 1 to the 1st register 2, the register 2 stores the X1 and outputs a signal R1=X1. In this case, the value R2 of the 2nd register 3 is 0, so the output C of a subtracter 4 is equal to the X1 and inputted to a function generator 5. Since C=X1, namely, C>0, the generator 5 sends a signal (a) as its output (d) to an adder 6, which adds the (a) to the command signal X1 by e=R1+d to output a correction signal (e). It is amplified by a factor K at an amplifier 7 to input a signal I=K(X1+a) to a stroke valve, thus obtaining a storke signal y=Y1. Consequently, the relation between the command signal (x) and the amount of a stroke is varied according to ideal characteristics to remove the influence of hysteresis.
