Abstract
PURPOSE:To make noise low by forming a switching transistor in a well region of the surface of a semiconductor substrate. CONSTITUTION:A switch SW1 consisting of the 1st stage MOS transistor turns on when a pulse 0 is at ''1'' and a voltage at an input terminal IN is used to charge a transfer capacitor C1. This voltage is inputted to an operational amplifier A via a switch SW2 with a pulse (-phi) and an analog integral network is constituted as a whole. To reduce the power supply voltage noise mixed to a signal line B by parasitic capacitors Cso, Cs1, Cs2 formed to the switch transistors SW1, SW2, a switch transistor is formed in a well region of semiconductor substrate, and a stable voltage is applied to this well region after noise is rejected. That is, the well of the switch transistors SW1, SW2 is supplied from a regulated power supply 20 via a well potential generating circuit 21.
