Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctions of the system caused by surge voltages, by transmitting pulse signals in which low and high levels are combined between transmission pulses, and inhibiting delivery of the driving command signal to the load when low-level signals are not discriminated at the receiving side. CONSTITUTION:A transmission unit 1 has a shift register 6 which outputs parallel input data after converting them into series data, and operation switches (a- d) are connected to input terminals P1, P3, P5, and P7 of the shift register 6. Data input is performed through the input terminals. On the other hand, three input terminals P2, P6, and P8 of the other input terminals P2, P4, P6, and P8 of the shift register 6 are set to an H level and the P4 is set an L level, and then, a synchronizing pulse is constituted by 1011. A receiving unit 3 receives data pulses combined with the synchronizing pulse, inputs the synchronizing pulse outputted to output terminals Q1, Q3, Q5, and Q7 of a shaft register 14 into a discriminating circuit 16, and commands a latching circuit 15 to latch the data pulse when a prescribed synchronizing pulse is obtained.
