CONSTITUTION:Whether converter slag is usable as a material for roads or not on account of its expansion collapse by the hydration reaction of unslagged lime, etc. contained thereon, and the result thereof is used as a criterion for shipping. The result thereof is used as a criterion for shipping of the converter slag as a road material.
