Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the miniaturized inexpensive filter replacing type filter device by enabling to monitor filtering pressure, liquid leakage and the hole diameter of a filter by using the parts of the filter device itself.
CONSTITUTION: Filtering carried out by flowing a liquid through a filter 20 from an inflow pipe 11 and discharging the same to an outflow pipe 12 but, in this time, a filter holder 21 is deformed by fluid resistant force received by the filter and this deformation amount is measured by a strain gauge 22 and a strain meter 23. By this mechanism, by detecting the output signal of the above described meter 23, fluid resiatance received by the filter 20 can be measured. In addition, because variation of filtering pressure, breakage and clogging of the filter 20, the hole diameter of the filter 20 and variation of concn. change the fluid resistance received by the filter, these conditions can be detected by detecting the output of the strain meter 23.
