Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain infinite and clean energy, by taking out power by receiving the inertia force of the tide and river flow by means of a plurality of blades. CONSTITUTION:Blades 2 are hinged at one ends thereof and a rope is connected to the other end of each blade 2, so that a belt 1 is driven forward by the pressure acted to the blades by fluid flow. The belt 1 thus causes turning of a cylindrical rotor 3 and is turned reversely at the rear end portion. Here, since the ropes connected to the blades 2 are stretched tightly only at one side of the belt 1, the blades 2 on the other side of the belt 1 lie over the surface of the belt 1, so that resistance of the blades 1 to the water flow is reduced to almost zero. Power possessed by the rotation of the cylindrical rotor 3 is taken out from a turning shaft 6.
