Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled composition that is composed of a specific acrylic oligomer, monoacrylate, styrene, polyvinyl butyral resin and photosensitizer, thus showing high curing rate and high primary adhesion to steel pipes, further high weathering resistance and saline resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) acrylic oligomer bearing 2 or more acryloyloxy or methacryloyloxy groups, preferably polyether- polyacrylate of formulaI(R4 is H, methyl; m is 1W5) (10W60wt%), (B) monoacrylated, which is obtained by reaction of 1mol of alicyclic polybasic acid with 1mol of hydroxyethyl or hydroxypropyl acrylate or methacrylate (10W60%), (C) styrene (preferably 5W40%), (D) polyvinyl butyral resin (preferably 5W10%) and (E) a photosensitizer, preferably the compound of formula II (an appropriate amount).
