Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the using quantity of the recording paper and at the same time to ensure an assured checking of the circuit part, by giving a checking drive of a comparatively long prescribed time to the electric circuit part of a storing device or the like and then driving a recorder only for a time shorter than the above- mentioned checking drive time. CONSTITUTION:The analog signal having the possibility of an unexpected fault occurrence and supplied from an analog signal line 1 is converted into a digital signal through an A/D converter 2 and then stored temporarily in a memory 3. The signal given from the memory 3 is converted into an analog signal through a D/A converter 4 to be recorded by a recorder 5. A fault signal detector 6 is connected to the line 1 to detect the fault signal, and a check signal generating circuit 24 is connected to the output side of the detector 6. At the same time, a memory write/ read control circuit 14 and a recorder control circuit 17 are connected to the output of the detector 6. Then the circuit 14 is driven for a comparatively long time in response to the check signal given from the circuit 24, and a drive of a shorter time is secured for the recorder 5. Thus the using quantity can be reduced for the recording paper.
