Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a hollow product of high accuracy in the stage of making hollow products continuously from metallic blank materials by means of punches and dies by punching a hole in the inside surface of a cylindrical part in an intermediate stage, and extruding the fracture surface of the shear cut produced in the trace of the punching from the end face of the hollow hole in parallel with the formation of a flange in cold pressing stages of post steps. CONSTITUTION:A metallic blank material 12' cut to a prescribed size in two stages (a), (b) of the fore steps is preliminarily cold pressed 12'' then drawn to form a hollow cup body 12b having a bottom part 12a at one end. Next, this cup body 12 is pushed of the part 12a to form a hollow cylindrical body 12b in the 3rd step of an intermediate stage (c).
