Abstract

PURPOSE:To position the goods correctly at a prescribed position, by setting a rotary positioning block on a sliding block which moves in parallel to a guide rail. CONSTITUTION:A sucking hole 4 is drilled at the area near a prescribed position where an IC2 is positioned on a slanted guide rail 1, and a goods positioning mechanism 6 is set on the lower face of the rail 1. A stopper 10 is added into a device frame 9 of the mechanism 6 to get accurately the position where the IC2 is stopped. A sliding block 13 is guided by the upper and lower guide bars 12a and 12b and moves in parallel to the rail 1. The block 13 contains a positioning block 17 attached to a shaft rotatably by a pin 16 plus a driving block 21 which moves in parallel to the rail 1. When the IC2 is positioned, the block 17 is turned with a shift of the block 21 toward the stopper 10. Thus the block 17 pushes the rear part of the IC2 with its tip 18 set above the rail to set the IC2 at a prescribed position. The block 21 is moved in the opposite direction when the IC2 is reset, and thus the block 17 is pulled down on the rail 1.
