Abstract

PURPOSE:To standardize a system and to increase the response performance, by rearranging the information received irregular addressing in a physical way to a normalized logic address based on a certain rule. Then the logic address corresponding to the physical address is drawn out in reference to a comparison number table, and the preceeding data given from a logic address data table 16 is compared with the fetched data. When a change is detected, the present data is added to the state change detecting time to be fed to a state change analyzing part 7 and each processing part 17 in the form of the event information. The part 7 analyzes the state change and supplies the result of analysis to the table 14.
