CONSTITUTION:When a manual switch 13 is set at a cooling effecting position 13a and a timer 12 is set, a fan motor 3a is operated first and when, in this case, the room temperature is higher than a set temperature, a fan motor 6a and the compressor motor 1a begin to operate. Further, a condenser 5 is cooled by the open air introduced by the outdoor blower 6 and a liquefied coolant is introduced into an evaporator 2 of an indoor unit A to thereby cool the room. At the same time, the air heated up to about 50-80 deg.C by the condenser 5 is blown out by the outdoor blower 6 to dry a clothing 10.
