Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the speed and precision of measurement by providing a base plate in contact with >=3 pressure sensing elements, mounting a body whose weight and center position of gravity are to be measured on the base plate, and processing weights that the respective pressure sensing elements detect. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 4 for mounting a body to be measured is provided with X-Y coordinates; a pressure sensing element 1 is arranged under the origin of the X-Y coordinates, a pressure sensing element 2 is arranged on the Y axis, and a pressure sensing element 3 is further arranged on the X axis at the intermediate point between those pressure sensing elements. Then, the body 6 to be measured is arranged in contact with the origin of the X-Y coordinates and in both or either of the directions X and Y. Weights that respective pressure sensing elements detects are processed automatically to find the weight and center position of gravity of the body 6 in the two axial directions X and Y.
