Abstract

PURPOSE:To read an input signal at constant intervals independently of the number of steps of a control loop to shorten the generation time of a program, by requesting an interrupt from a timer, where a time is freely set, to execute the input processing. CONSTITUTION:A timer 45 issues an interrupt request at every constant time independently of a control loop, and the input processing for noise or the like is executed in accordance with this interrupt request by the control of a control circuit 46. The input signal read by an accumulator 41 is stored in a primary memory 42, and contents of the memory 42 are stored in a secondary memory 43 when contents of the input signal coincide with those of the preceding input signal continuously prescribed-number times; and the count value of a read counter 44 is increased by +1 if the collation of contents results in coincidence, but this count value is cleared if the collation results in disaccord, and it is determined whether stored contents of the secondary memory 43 should be updated or not. A control circuit 46 controls said input processing and controls the processing due to presence or absence of the input signal based on stored contents of the secondary memory 43.
