CONSTITUTION: This low alloy steel contains <0.27% C, 0.15W0.35% Si, 0.50W 1.00% Mn, <0.025% P, <0.025% S, 0.50W0.90% Ni, 0.25W0.45% Cr, 0.55W0.70% Mo, <0.05% V and Al by ≥0.005% and an amount represented by equationI. This steel is not cracked even by stress relief annealing at 600°C for 100hr, and it has very superior safety as steel products for a nuclear apparatus or other pressure vessel.
