Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the titled powdery pesticide having suppressed drifting tendency, improved adhesivity to the plant, and high fluidity, by adding a polyalkylene sorbitol ether or polyalkylene sorbitol fatty acid ester to the active pesticide component and powdery mineral carrier.
CONSTITUTION: An active pesticide component and a powdery mineral carrier are compounded with the compound of formula[A is -CH2CH2O- or -CH(CH3) CH2O-; all of the six Xs are H or 3W6 in the six Xs are (un)saturated aliphatic acyl and the others are H; n1Wn6 are 0 or integer of ≥1, and 60≥n1+n2+n3+ n4+n5+n6≥1](e.g. polyoxyethylene sorbitol ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitol tetracaprate, etc.). The amount of the compound of formula is about 0.1W5%, preferably 0.5W2.5%. The physical properties such as fluidity, scattering performance, dispersibility, etc. can be improved, the drifting tendency can be remarkably suppressed, and sufficiently high effect for the control of vermin can be exhibited.
