Abstract

PURPOSE: To stably produce a hygroscopic compound synthetic fertilizer by using humidity-conditioned air as a cooling medium for a cooling process thereafter using the same as a carrier gas for a fertilizer powder dust collecting process in producing a powdery hygroscopic compound synthetic fertilizer.
CONSTITUTION: A hygroscopic fertilizer raw material A is passed through respective processes of metering 1, reaction 2, granulation 3, drying 4 sieving 5 and cooling 6, whereby a granular compound synthetic fertilizer B is produced. In this case, in the process 6, the air C1 humidity conditioned in a dehumidifying process 8 to dry air C2 is used for cooling, thereby preventing the granular fertilizer dried deliberately in the process 4 from again absorbing moisture and sticking to each other on account of a deliquescence phenomena. Since the air C3 having been humidified and heated by being used in the process 6 carries the fertilizer powder A1 at the cooling, it is separated of the fertilizer powder A1 in a solid-gas separator 9 such as cyclone, thereafter it is used as a supporting gas for production of hot wind for the process 4 and a carrier gas at the time of sucking the fertilizer powder A2 produced in each process to a dust collecting system 11.
