Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the adaptability of a high-speed engraving machine, by mixing metallic powder into a surface coating layer of an electric recording stencil paper. CONSTITUTION:Metallic powder, preferably, leafing-shape flaky aluminum powder or brass powder, is used for a surface coating layer on a semi-electric conductive film base of an electric recording stencil paper. While the powder of these metals can be provided with electrical resistance adjustability and readability when used independently, they may be used in combination with carbon black and titanium oxide. Since metallic powder is electric conductive and, unlike carbon black, has a tint of silvery white or golden white, when added to other substance, it does not deteriorate the readability, or even it improves the readability. Utilization of the metallic powder enables a high-speed engraving machine to improve its applicability, and at the same time, it also enables medium, and low-speed engraving machines to improve their performances.
