Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the heat exchanging efficiency of the heat exchanger by a method wherein heat absorbing fins are formed on the internal peripheral surface of the outer cylinder of the heat exchanger along the stream of a heating fluid as flow passages and the fluid is contacted with the heat absorbing fins uniformly. CONSTITUTION:A multitude of flat bar like heat absorbing fins 2 are provided on the internal peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 1 of the cylindrical heat exchanger and a cylindrical partitioning plate 3 is contacted with the inner peripheral ends of the heat absorbing fins 2 thereby forming a combustion chamber 4. A multitude of gaps between the cylindrical partitioning plate 3 as well as the outer cylinder 1 of the heat exchanger and the heat absorbing fins 2 is forming the flow passages 5 for the heating fluid. The outer cylinder 1 of the heat exchanger, the heat absorbing fins 2 and the cylindrical partitioning plate 3 are secured tempararily by welding and caulking and thereafter they are dipped into an aluninum plating bath having a temperature of about 700 deg.C for a predetermined hours to joint this composite part perfectly by an aluminum plating agent 8.
