Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to use hot-water by the operation of a water feeding valve by a method wherein hot-water feeding systems of an upper hot-water feeding tube and a lower hot-water feeding tube are interchanged automatically by actions of a hydraulic pressure operating means and a valve mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a float switch (the hydraulic pressure operating means A) 13 is put on, an electromagnet 40 for an electromagnetic motor valve (the valve mechanism B) 14 is excited, a movable magnetic plate 39 is attracted to the electromagnet 40 against a spring 46, a switching valve 36 is also moved in accompanied with the movement of the movable magnetic plate 39, an upper communicating port 7 for hot- water feeding is opened and the lower communicating port 8 for hot-water feeding is closed by the switching valve 36. Accordingly, hot-water in a hot-water reserving tank 1 may be taken out from the lower communicating port 8 for hot-water feeding when a hot-water feeding faucet is opened. When a water feeding valve 23 and the faucet 4 are opened in case the hot-water reserving tank 1 is full, hot-water is discharged from the lower hot-water feeding tube 3 upon the beginning, however, the float switch 13 and the valve 14 are operated when the water level in the hot-water reserving tank 1 is lowered by the operation of a ball tap 24 because water is flowed through a water feeding pipe 6 and, this time, hot-water is discharged from the upper hot-water feeding tube 2.
