Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a dislocation by providing a closing and opening mechanism for snatching the loads from both sides free in opening and closing on a mobile frame to gather loads and providing, inside it, another closing and opening mechanism positioning the loads to the mobile frame to pinch the loads from both sides. CONSTITUTION:An elevator base 14 of an elevator frame 13 is fitted to a guide lug 12 of a stanchion 11 free of moving up and down by use of a roller 15, and both sides of a mobile frame 18 are fitted to a guide groove 17 inside the elevator frame 13 free of moving from above a feed roller conveyor 1 to above a carry-out conveyor 2 by use of a roller 19. Bracket plates 21 are attached protruding downward from the right and left sides of the mobile frame 18, then bases of an outer fork 25 which acts as a closing and opening mechanism for snatching to gather loads 24 from the front and the rear sides are fixed to a pair of upper rotary pivots 22 provided on both the bracket plates 21, and bases of an inner fork 26 which pinches the loads from the front and rear sides inside the outer fork 25 are fixed to a pair of lower rotary pivots 23.
