CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing member 3 is composed of bead forming material 5 which is narrower than a reinforcing resin layer 4 and fastened under said resin layer 4 which is not hardened or is semihardened and flexible until it is used. As the bead forming material 5, foam polyethylene sheet etc. are used, and said sheet forms a bead like expanded protrusion 43 by foaming before said resin layer 4 is hardened. Then, this reinforcing member 3 is arranged along the inner side of a cabin from the waist part 11 of a door body 1 to the base part of a door frame 2. Next, the bead like expanded protrusion 43 is formed by causing the bead forming material 5 to foam, and simultaneously, the reinforcing resin layer 4 is hardened, thereby supporting the door frame 2 rigidly without weight increase.
