Particularly, the average polymerization degree of 3,000-5,000 and the viscosity of 60-100 centipoise are suitable. Accordingly, a panel temperature and a developing temperature are lowered from 40- 45 deg.C, 40-50 deg.C in the past down to about 25-35 deg.C, thus the exposure time can be shortened and the energy consumption can be saved.
