Abstract
PURPOSE:To save energy consumption by using polyvinyl alcohol with a predetermined average polymerization degree and a predetermined viscosity for phosphor slurry. CONSTITUTION:Polyvinyl alcohol with an average polymerization degre of 2,700 or more and a viscosity of 50 centipoise or more for a four percent aqueos solution at 20 deg.C is used for phosphor slurry. Particularly, the average polymerization degree of 3,000-5,000 and the viscosity of 60-100 centipoise are suitable. Accordingly, a panel temperature and a developing temperature are lowered from 40- 45 deg.C, 40-50 deg.C in the past down to about 25-35 deg.C, thus the exposure time can be shortened and the energy consumption can be saved.
