The second and third magnetic materials 28, 29 are adsorbed extending over two finger sections at the other side of the core 20. The first permanent magnet 30 is mounted to the intermediate section of the magnetic material 27. The second permanent magnet 32 is set up to the magnetic material 28 along a magnetic circuit passing one of the magnetic materials 28, 29. The third permanent magnets 35a, 35b are attached so as to be opposed at the same polarity as the permanent magnet 30 along a magnetic circuit passing between the core 20 and the permanent magnet 27.
