PURPOSE:To increase a control accuracy, by using an analog magnetic recorder for digital recording and reproduction and preventing the level shift of a reproducing signal, in said digital recording and reproduction. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 13 requests a digital data to a transmission source 20. The transmission source 20 responds and the microcomputer 1 stores it and sets a recording signal output port to an analog magnetic recorder/ reproducer to H, and the output port to a clear input terminal of a counter 12 is set to a count indication level. When the counter 12 counts up a prescribed number, a carry is generated. The microcomputer 13 responds to it, gives a clear pulse to the counter 12, references a transferred data bit memory and sets a recording signal output to the device 50 to L when the memory is ''0''. When ''1'', the incoming carry is waited again. When ''0'', the recording signal is set to H at the next carry.
