Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A belt is prepared by the one-shot molding method in which three components, polybutadiene glycohol of several mean molecular weights 2,500W3,500 further with a functional group number 1.8W2.1 per a molecule, carbodimide denaturized diphenylmethane diisocyanat as shown by a constitutional formula in an attached expression 1 and bisphenole A propylene oxide adduct as shown by a constitutional formula in an attached expression 2, are simultaneously injected into a mold and reaction hardened. In this way, a toothed transmission belt with good forming quality and excellent wear resistance can be obtained in a short time.
