PURPOSE:To change an integrated brake effect through both brakes, by replaceably interposing a stepped cylinder to an adjuster for the above described brake simultaneously controlling a pair of brake shoes with liquid pressure operation. CONSTITUTION:An adjuster 10 is formed by filling oil to a stepped cylinder 11, with openings at its both ends and different inside diameters and fixed to the backing plate of a brake, simultaneously slidably fitting respectively a piston 14, fitted to a brake shoe 12, and the other piston 16, longitudinally movably and screw fitted with an adjuster screw 15 engaged to the other brake shoe 13, to the both end openings of the cylinder 11. Though the adjuster 10 can be telescopically moved by turning motion of a wheel 17 provided in said screw 15, a suitable selective change of difference between inside diameters of the stepped cylinder 11 can change an integrated brake effect.
