Abstract

PURPOSE:To quicken withdrawing action, by extending clamping arms respectively from first and second chains in cantilever fashion so that the clamping arms are engaged for a certain range to withdraw a sheet material. CONSTITUTION:The inner clamping arm 7 and the outer calmping arm 10 are extended respectively from the first chain 1 and the second chain 4 in cantilever fashion such that when the clamping arms 7, 10 are moved by the rotation of the chains 1, 4, the clamping arms 7, 10 are synchronously engaged in clamping manner between the sprockets 2, 3. The chains 1, 4 are rotated, and when preceding clamping arms (a), 10 (a) clamp a synthetic paper 15, and succeeding clamping arms 7 (b), 10 (b) clamp it, the rotation is stopped and the synthetic paper 15 is cut by a cutter and is removed. Thereafter the rotation is resumed, and this procedure is repeated. Thus, the withdrawing can quickly be effected with only one way movement.
