Abstract

PURPOSE:To accelerate the input impedance and to reduce the distortion factor, by forming a buffer circuit with an emitter follower and constituting a parallel resonance circuit in relation to a transistor of the emitter follower. CONSTITUTION:A buffer circuit 28 is put between an oscillating circuit 1 which leads out the carrier wave and a variable reactance phase modulating circuit 29. The circuit 28 is formed with an emitter follower. A parallel resonance circuit which resonates with the carrier frequency is formed with a coil 25 connected between the emitter of a transistor 23 of the above-mentioned emitter follower and an earth, a coupling capacitor 27 which is provided between the emitter and a variable reactance phase modulating circuit 29 and the input impedance of the circuit 29. Owing to the function of the circuit 29, the variance is reduced for the oscillating frequency of the circuit 1 although the input impedance of the circuit 29 varies. As a result, the distortion factor is reduced.
