Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain images of correct density from the first use by forming the photosensitive layer of an electrophotographic receptor of the 3 layered constitution formed with a photosensitive layer and an insulation layer successively on a substrate by using a resin binder contg. an org. semiconductor of p type in an n type photoconductor. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer wherein an n type semiconductor such as CdS, CdSe or the like is dispersed in a binder of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like contg. a p type org. semiconductor such as poly-N-vinyl carbazole, trinitrofluorenone or the like is formed on a conductive substrate, whereby a photoreceptor formed with an insulation resin layer on the photosensitive layer is made. In an NP process of forming latent images by secondary destaticization and exposure after primary charging followed by full surface exposure, this photoreceptor does not cause the decrease in the image density of the first plural copies and forms the adequate images from the beginning.
