At the point of the time when the detector 7 responds and its output attains an output B by exceeding the set value A, the 3rd valve 8 is closed, the valves 2, 5 are opened, and the detector 7 and a semiconductor type detector 4 are operated simultaneously. When the leakage of sodium is checked with the detector 4 as well, the signal for the leakage of sodium is emitted, whereby the malfunction for suspended solids other than sodium is also checked.
