As mentioned above, the cylinder 11 is abutted to the cylinder 5 via the recording tape 3, and the cylinder 11 is turned conforming with the run of the tape 3 so that the transcription member on the cylinder 11 is moved. Thus, the mechanical friction between the recording tape and the transcription member is decreased and damages due to mechanical friction are avoided.
