A taper angle is formed at edge opposed with the 2nd and 3rd pole pieces 7a, 7b and the 1st pole piece 2 to form a cone shape, and a magnetic flux F in cone radiation is produced between them to form a uniform magnetic field. A coil base 22 having detecting coils 23, 24 is located in this uniform magnetic field. Thus, the linearity of the signals produced with the oscillation of the base can be improved.
