Abstract
PURPOSE:To subject a hot parison to orientation blow molding to certainly mold the same into a desired hollow molded product, in temp. distrubution of the hot parison directly before the orientation blow molding, by adjusting the temp. of the outer wall part thereof to lower temp. and the inner wall part thereof to higher temp. CONSTITUTION:The female mold of an injection metal mold is set to lower tmep. and the male mold thereof to higher temp. to transfer an injection molded parison to an orientated blow molding part and the orientated blow mlding is carried out in such a temp. distribution condition that the temp. of the parison directly before the orientation blow molding is near to inherent heat deformation temp. of the parison material in the outer wall part thereof and the inner wall part thereof is set to the temp. extremely higher than that of the outer wall part. By this method, because strength is held in the outer wall part thereof and the effect for preventing the leakage of air in the inner wal part, a good hollow molded product is obtained without cutting or bursting the parison.
