Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a multiple-degree aspherical reflection optical control system easily and to reduce its manufacture cost by forming two multiple- degree aspherical bodies in prescribed shapes independently, and bonding and fixing them on an optical axis. CONSTITUTION:An aspherical body 13' having a polishing margin 13a and a grip part 13b is formed by press work, and the 1st multiple-degree aspherical body 13 is formed by a grinding stone. The 2nd multiple-degree aspherical body 14 is also formed similarly. The multiple-degree aspherical bodies 13 and 14 having prescribed multiple-degree aspherical surfaces 3 and 4 are bonded together and fixed on an optical axis by balsam 17, etc., and the surfaces 3 and 4 are plated with aluminum by vapor deposition. Thus, this multiple-degree aspherical reflection optical control system is manufactured easily at low cost.
