Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the automatization of shape retaining work by a method wherein the base sections of a winding terminal section and a wound-up terminal section and turns adjoining the above sections are fixed by using short-time setting adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A flat type conductor 2 adhering an interstage insulating material 2 is wound by several turns to form circular shape and a conductor winding member 1 is composed. The winding terminal section 4 and the wound-up terminal section 5 of the winding member 1 are taken out to the outside. Next, to prevent the deformation of the winding member 1, short-time cold setting adhesive 8 is dropped over each turn at the inside of the winding member 1 having the base sections of each terminal section 4, 5 and each turn is fixed to temporarily preserve the shape. Next, a photosetting resin agent is immersed in the whole external circumference of the winding member 1 so that each terminal section 4, 5 may not be shifted by spring back force and an insulating film is formed.
