Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a fast recoverying operation and a fast repairing of a low temperature tank by a method wherein the leaked liquid in a liquid prevention bank is suctioned to separate the low temperature liquid and the gasified gas, and each of them is guided into the recovery tank and the gas recoverying processing means. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a pipe 5 of which one end is inserted into the pit 4 for accumulating the leaked liquid L from the low temperature tank 1 and the other end is projected out of the bank 3 beyond the liquid prevention bank 3. The pipe 5 is provided with a tank 6 for storing the low temperature liquid L transparented from the pit 4, and a pump 9 for use in transporting the low temperature liquid L is arranged between the bottom part of the tank 6 and the recovery tank. The gasified gas G fed from the low temperature liquid L is compressed by a gas suction machine 7 and then recovered by the gas recoverying and processing means.
