CONSTITUTION:A sequence arithmetic part 6 includes a sequence program counter 61 that transmits an address to read out an executing program out of a main memory 2, an instruction register 62 that stores temporarily the executing program, a logical arithmetic circuit 63 that executes a sequence operation, and a sequence arithmetic control circuit 64 that controls the timing of the data transfer among the above-mentioned counter 61, register 62, circuit 63, CPU1, main memory 2 and a data memory respectively. In such way, a sequence operation is carried out through the part 6 in two cycles of the readout of an instruction and the execution of operation. As a result, the time of operation can be greatly reduced.
