CONSTITUTION:An FM TV broadcast is received, FM detection is made at an FM detector 9, a TV video signal in video band to be detected is processed at a video signal processing circuit 10, and a horizontal or vertical synchronizing pulse is picked up from a synchronizing signal pickup circuit 15. The synchronizing signal picked up at the circuit 15 is applied to a gate circuit 16, the FM TV signal from a limiter circuit 8 is sampled at a synchronizing period pulse and applied to a frequency discriminating circuit 17. A voltage corresponding to the frequency deviation of the FM TV signal is outputted at the discrimination circuit 17, this voltage is applied to a control circuit 18, and the oscillating frequency of the 2nd local transmitter 7 is controlled with a control voltage from the circuit 18, allowing to output stable video signal with good tuning at all times.
