Abstract
PURPOSE:To fetch variation of a voltage as variation of the transmission quantity of light, by using a photoelectric converting element such as Bi12SiO20 being a voltage-optical sensor, when detecting the shared voltage of an insulator high voltage transmission. CONSTITUTION:One metal fitttings 52 and metal fittings of an insulator 53 are connected to both terminals of a voltage divider 55. On the voltage divider 55, both plate-like primary electrode 31 and secondary electrode 32 are provided so as to be opposed to each other, and between both these electrodes 31, 32, a plate-like tertiary electrode 33 whose area is smaller than said electrodes 31, 32 is placed Also, to said secondary electrode 32, a hollow metallic pipe is connected, and a metallic rod which has been insulated from this hollow pipe and has been made to pass through this pipe is connected to the tertiary electrode 33.
