PURPOSE:To perform completely close adhesion of a sealer to a window glass and increase a waterproof effect in case of fixing the window glass to a car body flange part with a weather strip, by providing a lip on a surface of said strip and intruding the lip into the waterproof sealer. CONSTITUTION:A window glass 10 is fixed by using a weather strip 13 to a flange part 12a of a car body 12 consisting of a roof panel 11a and roof rail 11b. The weather strip 13 comprises holding parts 13a, accepting the flange part 12a of the car body 12, and a waterproof lip 13b, elastically adapted to an external surface part 12b of the car body 12. Here a lip 16 is protrusively provided to the direction of a sealer 15, applied to a car outside root part of the flange part 12a prior to mounting of the strip 13, in an internal surface 13c of the weather strip 13. In this way, when the weather strip 13 is fixed to the flange part 12a, a point end of the lip 16 is intruded into the sealer 15, and the sealer 15 is allowed to fully circumferentially adhere closely to the window glass 10.
