Abstract

PURPOSE:To polish the recessed surface without causing the clogging by pressure flowing a viscous fluid containing the powder of hard material into the recess of a welding work having continuous recess such as the groove or the thin hole in the surface. CONSTITUTION:A piston 3 formed entirely with a coating layer 5 through the welding is inserted into a cylindrical member 7 while the silicon resin is pressure injected into the hollow section of the piston 3 then flowed through a thin hole 2 into the groove 1 to perform the polishing. Consequently the aluminum oxide welding coating layer 5 adhered on the thin hole 2 and the groove 1 are removed. As a result the function can be maintained good without causing the clogging of the continuous recess.
