Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the operation of a valve stable and sure, by causing the electromagnetic force, which is generated by flowing a current to the coil wound around a bobbine, to act upon the valve constituting a governor part and supporting the bobbine by plural diaphragms. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 1 is provided with a fluid inlet 2, a valve seat 3, and a fluid outlet 4. A magnetic circuit consisting of a top yoke 10, a permanent magnet 11, a bottom yoke 12, and a center yoke 13 is formed on the valve body 1, and a bobbine 16 with a coil 15 wound around is placed in a gap 14, and power is supplied through a lead wire 17. The outside circumference of a diaphragm 18 is fixed to the valve body 1, and the inside circumference is fixed to a bobbine 16'. The center of a diaphragm 6 is brought into contact with the lower end face of the bobbine 16' through a diaphragm pad plate 19 and passes through a shaft part 20 of a valve 5 and is fixed and tightened as one body. On the bobbine 16', 1 or 2 through small holes are provided in the part facing a backpressure chamber (a). Thus, the intercorrelation between pressure of a secondary pressure chamber (c) and the current of the coil is stabilized to prevent the vibration of the valve, thereby making a stable and sure control possible.
