Abstract
PURPOSE:To smoothly start and stop inertial mass, by switching a cutoff valve so as to be a low value of selectively set pressure when the displacement of a variable displacement oil hydraulic pump is detected in a prescribed range approximate to zero. CONSTITUTION:When the displacement of a variable delivery pump 3 is 0, a cam follower 28 is located in the central part of a hollowed part 29 in a cam 29, accordingly the cam 27 is placed in an upper position to lift a sleeve 25 of a cut off valve 24, then selective set pressure is a lower value than a normal level. When the displacement of the variable delivery pump 3 is in a prescribed range approximate to 0, the cam follower 28 is laterally moved along a slope of the hollowed part 29 in the cam 27 in accordance with increase of the displacement to depress the cam 27, then the sleeve 25 of the cut off valve 24 is lowered, thus the selective set pressure is linearly increased to become the normal value.
