Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of noise and shock and to achieve clear copy image, by energizing a pair of fixing rollers with the 1st spring toward mutual proximity direction and energizing with the 2nd spring toward mutual detaching direction. CONSTITUTION:A pair of print rollers 1, 2 located up and down are pivotally supported by bearings 3-6 at holders 7-10, respectively, and either of the rollers 1,2 is driven. When a copying paper is carried and clipped between the fixing rollers 1, 2, the copy paper is pressed and fixed with a spring force of springs 18, 22 mainly with the rollers 1, 2. Further, flat head springs 19, 23 have greater spring constants than that of the springs 18, 22, and energizing is made toward detaching direction of the fixing rollers 1, 2. Thus, the generation of noise and shock can be suppressed and clear copy image can be obtained.
